What happens during the 7-day free trial?

You get full access to every feature for the first 24 hours. For the remaining 6 days you have access to your chosen plan's features. No charge until the trial ends — cancel anytime before then with zero cost.

Why do prices increase over time?

SignalDesk is in active development and each cohort locks in a lower price for life (or for 12 months, depending on the phase). Early adopters help us ship faster and get rewarded with permanently lower rates. Once a cohort fills, the price steps up for new signups.

Can I bring my own AI key?

Yes, BYOK is available on all paid plans. Use your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API key for full control over AI costs and model selection.

How do additional seats work?

Each plan includes one seat. Additional team members can be added at the per-seat rate shown on the plan card. Seats are billed at the same cadence as your base subscription (monthly or annual).

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. If you're on a cohort-locked price you keep that rate on your current tier — upgrading to a higher tier is at whatever price is current at the time you upgrade.
