- What happens during the 7-day free trial?
- You get full access to every feature for the first 24 hours. For the remaining 6 days you have access to your chosen plan's features. No charge until the trial ends — cancel anytime before then with zero cost.
- Why do prices increase over time?
- SignalDesk is in active development and each cohort locks in a lower price for life (or for 12 months, depending on the phase). Early adopters help us ship faster and get rewarded with permanently lower rates. Once a cohort fills, the price steps up for new signups.
- Can I bring my own AI key?
- Yes, BYOK is available on all paid plans. Use your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API key for full control over AI costs and model selection.
- How do additional seats work?
- Each plan includes one seat. Additional team members can be added at the per-seat rate shown on the plan card. Seats are billed at the same cadence as your base subscription (monthly or annual).
- Can I upgrade my plan later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. If you're on a cohort-locked price you keep that rate on your current tier — upgrading to a higher tier is at whatever price is current at the time you upgrade.
